« Literie sale à changer dès notre arrivée. Lit humide. Pas de douche. Pas d’eau chaude. Environnement extrêmement bruyant même avec tampons d’oreilles. Personnel peu amène, peu arrangeant. »

« On avait réservé et payé une chambre deluxe par internet mais quand on est arrivé, on nous a donné une chambre standard voire bas de gamme dans laquelle tout était cassé. De retour à la réception et après négociaton avec le responsable , on nous proposé une chambre soit disant haut de gamme . En fait, c était ni plus ni moins celle qu on avait réservé. « A lovely little hitel a bit of the main road so no noise. Very comfortable rooms and good water temperature at all times. Good breakfast choices. Great food we were very tired each day so ate in house. Dining room staff were very helpful and the food was wonderful. Reception staff including a lady we thought might be in xharge were very cheerful and very helpful. Finally the door guy was super helpful aiding with getting auto rickshaws and assisting me with steps. Great place to stay in ...

« I loved the location of this place. If you walk out the front door and turn left, you instantly enter a traditional Indian bazaar. If you keep going you run into the Ganges river and the Ghats. Turn left at the river and you quickly hit the burning Ghats. The staff was also friendly and helped me with anything I needed. I would definitely stay here again. »

« The service was good. There were problems with cockroaches and bugs in bathroom and bedroom. The hot water was not always hot for the shower. Please know it is not visible from the main road. It’s down an alleyway. They will provide a boat ride down the Ganges apart from the package they try to sell you. »
