'The hallways smelt like weed and was coming into our room and we had our 3 year old and 16 year old with us and i mean literally our whole stay smelt like weed and we tried to tell staff at check out and they seemed not to care about our concerns and the young girl there was very rude '

'Both sides of this hotel is a water view. Meaning there's a bay view and ocean view. I will likely stay there if possible every time I visit the area. The outdoor amenities are beautiful and family friendly. This hotel is located in a central location for food and "night life." Both of my visits to the area were off season, I didn't get to use the pools or go into the ocean.'

'Hotel was prima. Hoewel de inrichting wat ouderwets aandoet was alles toch vrij nieuw en schoon.
Er wordt gevraagd naar milieu vriendelijkheid. In Amerika lijkt dat nergens zo te zijn. Airco’s staan vaak onnodig aan en er wordt overal weggooi materiaal voor het eten en drinken gebruikt. '

'I am writing to share my appreciation for the outstanding service my husband and I received during our recent stay. In particular, I would like to commend the night manager who assisted us when we arrived.
I had mistakenly booked my reservation for the night of March 1 instead of February 28. Despite this error, the night manager was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and understanding of our predicament. He was both professional and friendly as he resolved the issue and ensured we were taken...
