« Perfect for our one night stop-over enroute to another venue. It's quite a big, old building with some quirky features but we had everything needed in our room which was well presented. Staff were personable. Breakfast was good. The hotel sits on a one-way road system. It's compact car park is to the rear of the property. If you miss the hotel car park sign on approach and pass the hotel on your left, follow the one-way clockwise, turning left just before the hotel. »

« I had an amazing relaxing night at the Urban rRetreat Hotel Grantham. The receptionist was lovely and even upgraded my room. I slept so well due to the feelings of luxury and safety. I look forward to returning in a couple of weeks. The hotel was very good value. Cheapest with own bathroom in Grantham though no one would ever know !1 »

« l hotel se trouve très facilement quand on arrive par la gare de corby, ce n'est pas très loin et on peut aller à londres par cette gare, donc accessible sans voiture. Chambres très petites mais propres et avec pas mal de papier toilette et savon donc ça va, et thé café sucre et lait offerts dans la chambre avec bouilloire à disposition, pas mal pour se faire à manger »

« Lovely stay - room was great, parking behind was easy. We had two issues (completely our own not to do with the property) and that they really promptly helped us with. Communication was brilliant! »

« Très charmante maison. Très ancienne. Beaucoup de charme. Un accueil parfait. Le personnel a été très attentif et souriant. La chambre est délicieusement décorée. Ne pas hésiter à dîner et à prendre un verre au pub. »

« We were the first overnight guests for the new owners and forced them to accelerate their plans for taking guests! They were lovely and could not have given us a warmer welcome. They have great plans for the Bull Inn and we would love to go back in future to see the results. We wish them every success with their new venture. »

« Nous avons passé une bonne nuit au Rose Marie Guest House. L'hôte est très sympathique et le petit-déjeuner excellent ! L'hôtel est un peu défraichi et mal insonorisé, mais tout à fait convenable pour une nuit, avec tous les équipements nécessaires. »

« I didn’t realise bathroom and toilet were separate and so very small. »

« Never made it into the building so no comment on room. No means of entering building, no phone calls answered for help and no parking, as advertised. Total waste of my money for a room I never even used. »
