« Really nice stay! We were pleasantly surprised how nice our room was , the towels were thick and smelled clean, the bed linens soft and clean , we appreciated the tile floor since hotel is pet friendly, mini fridge (no freezer) , microwave, and a small Keurig maker. We were worried of the traffic noise (right on Lincoln) but once the front door shut, it was peacefully quiet. The room was clean and modern decor. My only minor complaint would be the blackout shade in the bathroom area didn’t...

« Great location. Wish that there were better instructions about how to utilize the 'ski in' / 'ski out'. Just a paragraph or two left in the unit would do it. Also, when we inquired with the manager about whether there is bus/shuttle service from the unit they (twice) sent us a city bus schedule. I find it hard to believe that that is the only transportation solution other than uber or driving yourself. »

« As long time locals who have unfortunately moved away due to being priced out of the area, we try to keep our visits as close to a ‘home’ experience as possible. I am still work for my Steamboat employer and come out quarterly. I can’t recommend this little slice of heaven enough! The location is great and the property is a hidden gem! One of the few dog friendly homes, this rental can’t be beat! »

« Loved staying at this unit! Conveniently located to base of mountain and easy drive to downtown Steamboat. Parking was easy. Unit was clean and well-equipped! Lovely creek out front was a bonus - nothing better than the sound of rushing mountain water while drinking your morning coffee or relaxing in the afternoon or evening. »
