« From the start walking into reception staff were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to ensure both myself and wife had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.
The room was immaculate, tea & coffee on tap, bottled water, fresh milk in the mini fridge.
Breakfast was covered from full English, continental, fruit & yogurt, toast to mention just a few items on offer to cater for all,

« Nous avons eu une chambre accessible aux fauteuils roulants, elle était au rez-de-chaussée, grande chambre, très grand lit (deux lit de 100x190 collés l'un à l'autre).

Ils nous ont donné un pass pour ne pas payer le parking jusqu'au lendemain 15h.
Le petit déjeuner était très très copieux.
Le seul hic : la pression dans la douche (eau chaude mais peu de pression), mais c'est vraiment très souvent en Angleterre.
