« Great location and friendly staff. One thing I was dissatisfied with was the hot water system. The first time I turned on the hot water at the bath tub and vanity, the pipe had bursted and very brown water came out. One of the USB ports and plugs by the bedside was also loose/broken. However, overall it was a great stay. »

« I really love people from this hotel. My daughter (3.5 years old) was impressed that almost everyone (manager and people who works in the restaurant) she met here could speak English fluently. She did not have trouble to communicate with them at all. The manager Nataly was super helpful when she helped my dad get the elevator to the lobby for his Didi. All in all, we had a fabulous experience in this location. The only thing I would suggest is to have more free weight area in the fitness center,...

« 清潔的服務員之態度超級好 前枱的服務員之態度很好 遇上有帎頭有些舊有的汗臭味 清潔的服務員很快跟進和更換 自助早餐的食物質素有待提升 這個早餐的餐廳位置之空調也要加強 房間的冷氣長時間在20至21度 調過23至25度也無法改變溫度 這有待改進 但整體是非常良好 下次若我再到長沙旅遊 這酒店仍是首選 »
