'Excellent few days staying a Ned's Landing!!!'

'Friendly and greeted by owner David at check in.. He show us around and explained where everything is. Very nice property location and beautiful view, and beach is in short walking distance. Kitchen available if one like to use for personal cooking. Nice size frig in ones room for day travels needs Our room on ground level with two clean share bathroom with shower. Overall my personal nightly stay rating is 10/10. '

'We just had a wonderful one week stay at this property. Everything is as listed. It is an older cottage with lots of charm. Don’t look past the crooked floor as it just adds to the charm. The private beach is out of this world. We would wake up each morning and go for an hour and a half long walk with no one in sight. Place charming, and has lots of character. 'Beautiful home. It has all the outdoor and indoor seating you need for a large group. Stocked properly with cutlery, cookware, towels, bedding, outdoor beach chairs. Everything. Large lobster pots with outdoor propane stove to cook. Golf within 30min. Warm water, no jelly fish. The weather was great. Long walks on the beach when the tide is out. We got to see a few seals, some bald eagles, and foxes. Would highly recommend this rental. '

'We had a really great time this weekend. There were great amenities, lots of seating, and lots of kitchen supplies - which made our stay super easy. Great view of the water, so beautiful. Kid friendly too. We wish there was a queen or double rather than two singles in the third room for connivence. And service was bad in the area, but the internet worked great. Overall, a lovely stay on the island. '
