'We were more than happy with our accommodations. We had an issue with no sound on the television and our contact person tried desperately to fix it. She ended up calling their maintenance who got back to us immediately. Turns out there was a whole house upgrade and afterwards we had sound. '

'The code didn't work when we first arrived, thankfully it was early enough to get someone at the office who provided an extra code. Several times when we asked for help Carrol Realty was very responsive (fixing light bulbs in closet and desk) and helping to arrange house cleaning. Great location. '
