The detached holiday home is modern and furnished in the typical local style. The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular due to the view from the property over the forests and its quiet, sunny hillside location. For shared use, the following are available: sun lounger, children's playground, swing, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and fire pit. On request, we also offer bicycle and quad rentals. For an additional charge, we also offer a sauna and hot tub.

Dvor. The holiday home is located on a 50 sqm open garden plot with flowers and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is directly from the main road. Parking is available on the property.

Fishing in Žužemberk 7 km. There are many excellent hiking and cycling trails in the area, and it is possible to pick many of the seasonal forest fruits. There are also many opportunities for various activities on the River Krka – swimming, rowing (kayak, canoe, SUP) and fishing. It is also possible to visit the source of the River Krka in the village of Gradiček near Krka. Visit the homestead of the Slovenian author Josip Jurčič in Muljava. Visit Plavž na Dvoru and St. Peter’s Hill above Dvor, which offers a view over the Suha Krajina landscape. In winter: Ski lift 30 km in Črmošnjice. (SC Gače). Ski hire, ski school, cross-country trails each 30 km in Črmošnjice. Ice skating in Novo mesto 20 km.
