Amazing studio in the city centre (Art 17)

Amazing studio (30 sqm) in the city center, close to the Kunsthaus Zurich.
The studio is on the 3rd floor and has a nice balcony.
It features a box-spring bed (160 x 200 cm) suitable for 2 people, a separate kitchen, and a bathroom.

The studio is a 5-minute walk from the Kunsthaus Zurich and a 6–8-minute walk from Bellevue Square and Lake Zurich.
There are grocery stores (Spar, Coop) and plenty of nice restaurants nearby.

From Zurich Airport to the apartment:
- Take a train to Stadelhofen Station, then walk 8 minutes to the apartment, or
- Take a train to Zurich HB (main train station), then take tram number 3 (toward Klusplatz) to Kunsthaus and walk 2 minutes to the apartment.

Stadelhofen train station is an 8-minute walk away.
The closest tram stop is Kunsthaus (a 2-minute walk away)—it’s very well connected to other parts of Zurich by trams 9, 3, 5, and 8, as well as buses 31 and 33.
Welcome, guests! Here’s everything you need to know:

Check-out is by 10 a.m.

Make yourself at home; all we ask is that you treat it as you would your own. There are other tenants in the building; please don’t disturb them with loud music, etc.

There is open Wi-Fi in the building—you don’t need a password to access it.

The washer and dryer are located in the building’s basement for shared use with other tenants, free of charge.
Please bring your own laundry detergent and follow the laundry schedule and instructions. Thank you.

The apartment will be cleaned after you leave, but please tidy up before you go—that is, wash the dishes and dispose of any food. And please take out the trash—the trash bin is right in front of the building.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or in the building; a penalty fee of 200 CHF will be charged if you smoke. Thank you for your understanding. No pets allowed, unless agreed upon with us prior to booking.

Please note that shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and soap are not provided. Towels and linens are provided.

You are not alone in the building; please be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10 p.m. Thank you.

Right, and finally, here’s the fine print: The apartment and furniture are handed over in working condition and properly cleaned. The guest agrees to report and pay for the replacement of any missing, damaged, and/or broken items. In the event that a key is lost, the guest agrees to pay for the replacement of the lock(s).
