« Another beautiful property with views and easy access to float plane launch, stores (Safeway & Walmart), and "downtown" which on Kodiak Island is very quaint House is about one mile from harbor, where there is a minimal, brewery, Nuniaq (breakfast/lunch), Henry's, Aquamarine restaurant (side-by-side), bank, info center, all near harbor and easy walking distance. Property, was roomy, clean, and allowed for parking on or off street. Overall, a very relaxing and enjoyable stay, and the owners...

« The house was very nicely finished and the location was amazing! Our host was very accommodating when we got in a bind with a cancelled flight. We were in Kodiak on business so we didn't have much time to explore but would love to come back and stay here again and take a fishing trip and sightseeing tour with Rick and Hope! »

« The host was very accomodating and responsive. The house has a nice arctic entry for storing gear. 2 refrigerators, and a chest freezer. Plenty of space to store food. Smart TVs in every room. And comfortable beds. Very much recommend »

Both the views from the house and location are fantastic to see and fully immerse yourself in the beauty of Kodiak Island. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that it was difficult for me to figure out how to unlock the door after entering the code. Thankfully i had someone in my group who could and Kodiak is safe enough that we left the door unlocked most of the time we were there »

« Very nice places to stay. The beds were very nice. We were all able to get a good nights sleep. The only issue for us was steps. It would have been nice to have a ramp to carry in luggage and groceries. »
