« This property is in an excellent location for visiting the Historical Naval Yards and related attractions. The property was very clean and quiet. My only "complaint" is that the washer-dryer machine took several hours per load. I strongly recommend staying here! »

« Good city centre location, easy access to Portsmouth City and close to public transport options for other places. Unique style of accommodation with "flats" each having 4 ensuite bedrooms and shared kitchen & lounging area. »

« Manque d'information lors de l'arrivée à l'hôtel, car il faut appeler le numéro sur la pancarte en façade, pour connaître le code et obtenir sa clé qui donne accès à l'appartement. À par ça très bel espace bon appartement manque un peu de propreté au niveau des sanitaires. Mais très bonne impression lors de l'arrivée. »

« The room was adequate and as advertised. There is a large Sainsbury’s across the street making it simple to get groceries at a reasonable price. There are also two bus stops that can take you into downtown nearby. As for amenities, I didn’t have access to most of them because they are in the other building and my key fob didn’t work there. Other than the day I checked in, I was completely unable to contact the management team which caused several issues. »

« property just down rd from the hard. Hard to find without prior knowledge. Entry was difficult becuase the entry system at first took a lot of doing. It is on a safe system that needs imput from the owners and a no to get the small safe to drop and reveal the key to apt. Not able to get TV or internet until landlady came on sun morning. Phone conversation was not good at all. Frequently breaking down when asking questions. No instructions at all in apt to get started. No hot water...

« I went for a midweek break. Very clean, comfortable, bedding provided. Carol friendly and helpful. I stayed in top apartment (6) which is 4 short flights of stairs. Partial sea view from lounge. 2 mins walk downhill to beach. »

« Host changed the address of the property an hour before check in (5 hours into our travel to the location). The amended property had black mould poorly covered by grouting, no shower screen so water went everywhere, and general "DIY landlord" decorating, with damage to many of the walls being slap dash filled and painted. There was also a general sewage smell across the property but that may have just been the area / location. »

« I had a great stay with my wife, kid and dog. Beautifully furnished in antique furniture, modern kitchen and excellent balcony to enjoy a morning coffee in. Right in the middle of Old Town, you are a quick walk away from everything, really.We loved our stay. »

« Had a fantastic stay for business. Accommodation Central to everything. Needed to work on the isle of Wight, short (20mins) to the ferry. Host was every responsive to my questions. Would consider staying again for either business or a short break. »

« The property was immaculately clean, with towels, bed linens etc which made it so much easier to get away without palaver! A good size for 4 of us and didn’t feel at all cramped. Lots of nice touches about the place too …(eg. Tea and coffee and shower gel etc) Perhaps needed a few extras to make it even better - like washing up liquid, a dish cloth and a cafetière - to make it even easier to get away without needing to bring anything. Took us a little while to find the key safe (maybe a few...

« Apartment was clean and kept in good condition. Decent location near a retail park and a short taxi ride to local bars/pubs. Amenities within the apartment were a good standard. We received clear check-in instructions before arrival and the owners seemed very friendly and attentive over text messages. Very reasonably priced for what you get. The only minor thing is if you are particularly tall you may have to crouch down slightly in the bathroom as the ceiling is slanted but apart from that...
