'I asked Belterra to give us a voucher since our daughter's golf tournanment for Saturday, 4/18 was canceled due to weather. I did not expect a refund. And she will play many tournaments here over the next several years. I did not receive a reply. That just isn't good business...you took my money, I didn't stay there and not even a courtesy reply...thumbs down'

'The housekeepers and checkin people were great. The room (521) had a squeaky door and faucet that was hard to deal with. The shower cap was coming off of the wall. The pool was filled with bugs. Mosquitoes across the top of the pool that weren’t cleaned and what looks like a spider at the bottom of the pool. We also had drunk neighbors that came back at 4am and after calling the operator they did send someone up around 4:40am to ask them to quiet down. And there was a cart in the hallway for...

'We stayed in the west tower, 1 bedroom suite with a waterfront view. What an amazing room!! Beautiful views! Everything was clean and well taken care of! We will definitely be back!!'

'Well located B&B in old Louisville. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Breakfast each morning was a culinary treat! Truly delicious food. Annette, our Innkeeper, was absolutely delightful. She was helpful and informative. The carpet in 3rd floor bedrooms are overdue for replacement. But it is a charming property. We also had James working at the inn during our stay, and he was very helpful as well. Staff that we interacted with were outstanding.'
