'Good: beautiful property, clean, friendly and helpful staff, and Tony the bartender was great. Bad: the food truck should offer more than Mexican food, such as burgers and fries. The property seemed to have run out of many supplies, such as ice cream at the restaurant to make ice cream drinks, the pizza maker was not working at the marketplace, and there was no ink in the office printer to print guest bill summaries. 'Nice hotel at the right location of San Antonio. Just a few minutes from the river walk and a few steps from the Alamo. Nice and clean rooms. Breakfast is good if you want breakfast burritos. The bar (all say happy hour) was a bit boring. Staff was friendly. The valet was pretty expensive, but that's the same at all hotels.'

"Parking tariff are a rip off. Everytime you leave the parking they charge 20 usd plus tax overnight is 34 usd. Parking is more expensive then staying there. Whoever thought of this policy should be fired."

"Groundfloor looks nice, but rooms are old and lifts are very small. No diner available, this can be bought in adjacent restaurant with the same name. We where told it has no affiliation with the hotel. Rooms are big but outdated and bathroom was also out of date and uncomfortable."
