'All and all not a bad little place. Great location close to everything. Parking is close at the central parking lot at Hampton Beach which cost me about 90 bucks for 2 days and 2 nights so you can add parking to the overall cost but not a bad price considering they charge 50 bucks to just park for a day. One thing though, the air conditioner wouldn't stay on. It worked for a little while and then the thermostat on it went up to 86 degrees and stayed there so it wouldn't turn on but everything...

'Clean, safe, perfect location. Appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and snacks, nice bedding, hot water in shower, and strong AC - esp during the heat wave last week! The only suggestion I'd make is perhaps some new cotton bath towels would be nice. But that's nitpicking. Thank you, Jay... for a wonderful stay! '

'The property was fine but I was told I couldn’t check in till 3 when I got there still didn’t have my code The owner said my room was ready at 12:30. I should have got an email from VRBO. I never received anything disappointing would have had more time at the beach.'

'The place seem to still under construction or renovation. No parking at all. Ac only in bed room so living room and kitchen is hot. The window has not blinds or shade, people can see you showering from the deck. The good thing is that it close to the beach. '

'Amazing location for beach and boardwalk access. Lots of room for 8 people (4 adults and 4 kids). Could use a few more plates and a roll of paper towels. Beds are a little hard but things were nice and clean. We will definitely be returning. '

'Super easy transaction—booking, communication, and checkout were all smooth. The place was clean, nicely set up, and in a great location. Quiet, family-friendly neighborhood where the kids could bike around, and just a block from the beach. I’d definitely stay again, which says a lot. 'I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Ideal location just outside Dover, with easy access to I95 to go north or south. The Shanty Tavern is right next door providing a convenient place to grab a drink and meal. The accommodations are very nice, with full kitchen and a washer and dryer provided. I will state two considerations for renters, and note I had no issue with either. 1-there are 22 stairs leading up to the entry door (great exercise, especially when you forget your keys, twice), and...
