« Stayed for 3 nights in July. There were 5 of us. All our needs were met. Easy walk to the beach for us. Very quiet little neighborhood. Overall, probably the best spot we have stayed at while at Hampton Beach ! »

« Barnacle Bay is located in the perfect spot for ease of access to all Hampton Beach has to offer. Its easy to find and is a 5 minute walk to Ocean Ave and the beach. While located close to everything and to the surrounding homes and rentals, it is extremely quiet. Manie and Leslie were super responsive. Checking in was easy. « Amazing location for beach and boardwalk access. Lots of room for 8 people (4 adults and 4 kids). Could use a few more plates and a roll of paper towels. Beds are a little hard but things were nice and clean. We will definitely be returning. »

« The place was exactly like the description and photos. The host was available and made sure every day that I didn’t miss anything! It was perfect for my kids and I, the beach is within walking distance and wasn’t too crowded for the period which was appreciated. We could see the beautiful sunset from our balcony.
