« We had a wonderful stay here during a Finnish heatwave. It's a beautiful residence which was the home of a famous Finnish author, and is quite charming in its authenticity and spacious nature. It's also perfectly positioned next to Lake Saimaa with a small beach area and a larger dock that can be used for fishing or deeper swimming. The sauna is fantastic - well worth a go, particularly as you can jump straight into the lake after. Also worth praising the host Eeva - she lives on site and will...

« A great sauna - with windows looking onto nature. The owner, Minna was very available, helpful and nice. An hour and fifteen minute drive east of Helsinki on the E18 Highway. Easy to get to. Would do it again;-) »
