'We have stayed here a few times for a couple of nights, in different (located) rooms. It is a very pleasant hotel with nice and pretty rooms. With clear weather from the lakeside rooms great views of the volcanoes (e.g. Osorno). Very kind and helpful staff, especially the ladies at the reception desk. Perfect location: a few minutes walk from the center of Puerto Varas and the lake. Excellent breakfast with good fruits and delicious bakery (the Apfelstrudel, alas not always available, can easily...

'Dit hotel is een hele goede accommodatie om het gebied rondom het meer te bezoeken. Service is prima, uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Goede faciliteiten in het hotel, onder andere een fijn zwembad. Hotel is wat verouderd in stijl, maar in een uitstekende staat van onderhoud en overal erg schoon.'

'Heel mooi en nieuw hotel (open gegaan in mei 2018), alles is tot in de puntjes verzorgd en het personeel is erg betrokken. Al met al een dikke aanrader!'

'The staff were incredibly nice and helpful - it's lovely having a person on-site that is knowledgeable and able to book all regional tours on your behalf - the property and rooms have stunning views (and are evidently pretty new) and the hot tubs are a definite bonus. The menu changes every day, all delicious. We stayed 3 nights, we wish we could have stayed at least a week! Ps. The Termas del Sol nearby are well worth a visit! '
