'We spent our anniversary here and it was wonderful stay'

'Staff was informed about a drunk guest in pool they refused to help. Once the guest became unconscious my daughter and wife had to physically pull the guest out of pool. Staff did nothing to remedy the situation.'

'It's nice resort with lots of potential with friendly and helpful staff. The whole place needs major remodeling and some good basic housekeeping. The resort is dirty, filled with trash everywhere specially around the pool areas. Towels are dirty, restaurants look run down. I will not stay there again.'

'Place was beautiful! Very very nice, my only complaint is the staff is little rude and they charge a lot of hidden fees. Be careful when you book and check the website for all the hidden fees cause at check out you will be hit with a lot of them.'

'Geweldig verblijf gehad in the horizon. Fijne kamer, heerlijk zwembad, fijn ontbijt op eigen patio, heel erg prive allemaal. Wilden graag in een Cody verblijven, dus optimaal genoten. Zelfs nog een roadrunner gezien en uiteraard kolibri's.'

My son was stuck up on the ropes course. The metal part was stuck right before he was about to zip line which got me really nervous. So I told him he needed to come down. I took a video of this if you need to review. This is our first time here celebrating my son 8th birthday. I've tried calling front desk but one person...
