'The air conditioner was not blowing cold air all night. Called for assistance multiple times. They tried to fix it, yet told us to open the doors because "it was horribly hot in the room and they felt bad for us." We went downstairs and was told they couldn't help. My husband has lung issues so a smoking room was out of the question. Yet, even though I spent nearly $600 for the poolside view room a night, I was given one option of a smoking room in a smaller room... which we couldn't do because...
