'Everything was great'

'Check in was delayed, Toilet paper was half empty with no refill, 1 towel no hand towels, no AC, received a dirty towel when asked for some, front desk didn’t answer the phone, they have swimming lessons that occupies the whole pool from as far as we know 5ish to 8pm. It was very loud and could hear noise from other rooms. Just not a very desirable stay. Also Elevators are not accessible'

'The place looks shady. The room key they gave us didn’t work at first and the whole place smells like cigarettes. The front staff was helpful and change our room right away. Overall it’s worth its price. Would not come back though!!'

The kindest and most helpful I have ever had and I have stayed at quite a few 5 star hotels that although were good did not compare to this hotel. Thank you to all the staff who went beyond expectation to assist us.'
