« my dissatisfaction with the studio I booked for one night on 05 September 2025]. Unfortunately, I had to leave the property immediately upon arrival because the conditions were unacceptable. The building was dirty, and the studio itself was in very poor condition, lacking even the most basic repairs. It did not feel safe or suitable for even a single night’s stay. Considering the price the experience was extremely disappointing and far below reasonable expectations. »

« I was happy to find these accommodations, as everything was booking up so fast. I was visiting town in June for 2 weeks for a school certification and able to stay in 3 different rooms in this one building. They were very accommodating and i was grateful to have a place to lay my head. »

« Super easy access, close to airport and cross iron mills. Very modern, clean facility with lots of amenities. Comfortable beds but would have enjoyed more linens. Quiet, warm and homey! Would definitely stay again. »

« Amazing view, great balcony and location. Very clean. Check in process and underground parking a little confusing at first. Kitchen a little under equipped ( maybe a blender and a few more dish towels and cloths and a couple more towels in the bathroom) but adequate. Overall a great stay. Would recommend! »

« Host ghosted us and never received check in information - Vrbo gave us our money back but the fact that we had no place to stay upon arrival to our destination was not ideal. »

« I booked this stay last minute because I wanted to be in a diverse and welcoming part of Calgary, and this location in the southwest part of downtown was perfect. It’s in a prime area with lots to do—just three blocks from the Bow River and Prince’s Island Park, where there are weekend music festivals, events, and scenic walking trails. « The suite was tidy, clean, well decorated & in a great location to the Children’s Hospital & Foothills. Neighborhood was quiet & the host was very accommodating and friendly. Quite a few stairs in the front to access the suite in the back of house. Host allowed me to park in back to accommodate with less stairs.Little gem of a place! »

« Great little spot for a large family travelling through Calgary. Plenty of beds for the kids. Multiple bedrooms, full kitchen, laundry. It met our needs very well, and we were pleased with it. »

« Gary was great to work with. We communicated a few times before arrival. He was always very prompt in returning emails. When we needed to add a day on the front end of our stay, he made it happen quickly. Apartment convenient to downtown. About a 5 minute walk to the metro train to take to Stampede Stadium. One additional benefit we liked, as it was cold a couple of days we were there, the bathroom floor is heated. »

« This place is a little gem close to Calgary. Although a bit extra driving, it was affordable, which is very appealing for a family. Close to a lovely lake that you can also enjoy. We stayed for a couple of nights to experience the Stampede. Clean, easy entrance, more spacious than the pictures show, love having fans in the rooms. The large tv with access to all the shows was a big plus as well. I would stay here again! »
