'Great place to stay, it was everything I had hoped for. Loved the wooded setting with lots of space to sit outside. The main bedroom was spacious and comfortable. There are other cabins nearby but the trees make it feel more private. It was a little confusing driving up the hill to the cabin because the lot numbers are not all clear so I thought we passed it and turned around when actually we didn't go far enough up the hill. 'We loved our night at the Red Hobbit! My 10 year old son was in total heaven. Everything was clean, beds were comfy, and the shower surrounded by electric candles was pretty magical. We ate breakfast on the picnic table drinking out of the mushroom mugs, while my kids ran around the “shire.” We had a blast, and my son is already asking when we can go back :) Thanks! '

'Everything was just right. Perfect stay for our rainy escape. The campfire was lovely. The hot tub hit all the hiking sore spots. The only critique was the queen been and pillows toward the back hallway. Pillows were way too thin and bed very firm.'

'The cabin was awesome! Very secluded, quiet, and peaceful. Just be prepared for a rough road getting to it. You definitely want AWD. Be sure to follow the hand written directions and don’t trust your GPS. Mine took us to a cabin that wasn’t ours!! Overall an excellent stay! '

'We had a great weekend getaway staying here. It was nice to get into the hot tub after a long hike.  Everything was as listed.  The gravel road was a little tricky with some big potholes and basically one lane.  This is not unusual for RRG area if you are looking to stay away from the crowds.'

'Our weekend stay for girl’s getaway was amazing. Cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the covered back deck and fire pit area. Beds were comfortable. The cabin’s open layout worked great for our group, everyone could talk, even while some of us were cooking. Host was easy to contact and responded quickly. Overall excellent experience, would definitely recommend!!!'
