'Pittoresque and well maintained hotel with a grand atmosphere. Lovely staff and very helpful and service minded too. Great breakfast with eggs freshly made to your choice and good coffee.
It’s location is perfect, you’ll get to see all the ships that enter and leave the city marina and very close to everything worth seeing in zadar. Did I mention the great breakfast?'

'Our stay at Falkensteiner Zadar was disappointing and far from what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. I had to call the reception at least five times within an hour before anyone answered. After requesting some basic items, it took another hour for them to arrive. Bathrobes for kids were missing, and since no one picked up the phone, I had to go to the reception myself—something that could’ve been avoided if the room was properly prepared based on the reservation.

'Je valide le kids club ! Je n’ai jamais eu un kids club aussi top ! Entre les différentes activités (courses de voiture à l’extérieure, création de slime, création de couronne,…) , l’espace composé d’une grande aire de jeux intérieure, le personnel du kids club super efficace,… ma fille de 4 ans ne voulait plus le quitter !
Pour le reste, nous avons passé un bon séjour, petit aspect négatif sur l’airco dans la chambre qui ne fonctionnait plus (on a dormi la fenêtre ouverte) et le buffet qui...
