« Accueil très sympathique. Établissement propre dès l'entrée et les parties communes. La chambre était parfaite, très calme, et propre. Le lit confortable, salle de bain impeccable. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel. »

« I understand this is an older hotel, but could use better housekeeping. Very dusty the pool was dirty, as well light fixtures and faux plants in dining , and glass doors. The lady overseeing breakfast was rude. The plastic utensils were placed incorrectly. I saw her wipe tables with same rag , the crumble on tables ended up on the floor. I chose this hotel for location and price but no excuse for the condition. Again my opinion »

« Have stayed here a number of times in the past, but will have to re-think after this last stay. The property is in a great location, but is showing its age. Thermostat was not working properly in our bedroom unit (heat coming on in the night during Lubbock summer?), closet doors did not stay closed, and bedside plugs that did not work were just a few annoyances. The breakfast bar was also pretty poor by all accounts. »

« Place was horrible!! I stayed here a week and it was by far the worst place I’ve stayed! The entire complex smelled like marijuana. They have people that live there permanently. The rooms are run down and disgusting. Smell like cigarette smoke and something rotten. Toilet didn’t flush. the bedrooms are old and very outdated. « Every night we would have to go to the front desk to reactivate the keycards to get into our room. Rooms had a strange odor. Price was great though. »

Courteous staff, easy check-in/-out, spacious and comfortable lobby lounge area, the bar service and selection was great, clean and cozy room, fair price, convenient location, safe area of town - the works.
