« wonderful house.there was a conflict about our code to get in the door. VRBO sent us one code, but it was for the week before. The property manager didn't wake up to take our late call for trying to get in the house. She had sent us another code, but I didn't read all of her info because I had been given the (wrong) info from VRBO. We finally found the spare key, but it was very difficult to find in the dark.The beach side porch was littered with old beach items...horrible...really needs to be...

« Our family of 13 had a marvelous week at Tim’s Aloha vacation home. The bunk room was perfect for all the kids. The beach access was great. We enjoyed seeing other beach goers without feeling crowded like one does at a large resort. Tim’s photos and descriptions were accurate. Tim was a wonderful communicator. We had a minor issue that he quickly addressed. We felt much more cared for than when a house is under a management company. This area of PCB has delicious restaurants and really fun...

« The house was beautiful with plenty of room for everyone. The location is a bit noisy at night with the bar across the street. However still great location to get to all the near by attractions. The grill on the deck is not useable it’s so rusty the grates are falling apart I could not use it. The pool was nice and just the right size. You can’t beat being able to walk right out to the beach and play. We also loved the balconies. »
