« Great experience at the Anchorage apartment »

« Functional self contained unit in good location. Clean inside..dirty window sills where windows were open. Window and door tracks filthy as are all windows. Spider eggs and web on side of entry door and coutyard unmaintained. Cheap kettle spills water if filled and then poured and doona filler too small for doona cover so either feet of shoulders are not covered. The coffee table draw keeps sliding out so jammed cardboard in ooening to stop it. »

« Check in was pretty easy. Room was clean and tidy. Kitchen was pretty basic, kettle,toaster, stove oven,some cooking essentials. Nothing extra. No milk, tea or coffee. Beds were very soft i couldn't sleep in them so i ended up sleeping on the couch which was more comfortable, I think it's time for them to be updated. The towels wouldn't dry us its like they were waterproof. The rack in the shower was broken. There was alot of mildew in the silicone in the shower so time for it to be replaced....

« The apartment was very central in Melbourne CBD and was walking distance to all malls and other places of interest. Overall very nice apartment and instructions from manager was very concise and easy to understand. Would definitely use this service and stay here again next time I am in Melbourne »
