The fabulous Rubicon Marina, lined with waterfront restaurants, can be reached in a 20 minute stroll, while Playa Dorada Beach is a short drive away. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all bedrooms and the living area is included.

Villa Verde Yaiza is located in the resort of Playa Blanca, within easy reach of local amenities. The vibrant Rubicon Marina, with its waterfront restaurants, shops, and lively atmosphere, is just a 20 minute walk away, ideal for an evening meal overlooking the water. The beautiful horseshoe shaped bay of Playa Dorada is 30 minutes’ walk or a 5 minute drive away, with sunbeds to hire and a beach bar. Closer to your villa, the pebble beach of Playa Las Coloradas and the nearby shopping centre are both just 15 minutes’ stroll away.
