Two of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with walk-in rain showers. Although slightly smaller, the third bedroom does not compromise on comfort. It features a built-in wardrobe and shares access to a separate bathroom with a bathtub and modern amenities.<br><br>The spacious living area offers ample seating, a 55-inch smart TV with access to streaming services like Netflix and HBO (personal access codes required), and an elegant dining table with six chairs. A coffee table and a lounge chair strategically placed to face the swimming pool further enhance the relaxing atmosphere. <br><br>The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a large island, stove, built-in grill, dishwasher, sink, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and plenty of storage. It offers seating for four and a view of the swimming pool.<br><br>Outdoor amenities include a heated swimming pool (free of charge in winter), a covered patio with a lounge set, and an outdoor dining area with a table and six chairs, for those who enjoy dining al fresco. Recreational facilities such as a pool table and ping-pong table offer entertainment for guests of all ages. A newly renovated terrace features a built-in LAVA BBQ and a tall wooden table. Whether you’re grilling up a feast or simply enjoying a drink with friends, this space is designed to enhance your outdoor living experience.<br><br>Additional conveniences include high-speed Wi-Fi and a well-equipped storage room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
