'Arrived at the Convivial on 8/29/2024. A sign said to call a cell phone, no one around. Not a good start for a place named "convivial". Someone came down and showed us a room with stained carpets, stained curtains, stained towels, dark bathroom that wasn't clean. Carpeted stairs had stains. The carpets everywhere looked worn and not vacuumed. The doors to the rooms were plain wooden doors you might have in your house. One of them had a crack in it that you could see light come through. 'We've stayed in 10 Stayz properties over 5 weeks in Europe, and this was simply the property that excelled. Besides tea, coffee, milk, etc (some properties had just coffee - no milk or sugar..), this wonderful place provided eggs, ham cheese, wine, eggs, fresh oranges, beer, wine, and list goes on.... And its was priced no more that the other properties.......so thoughtful in everything We loved it, and I offer the same at my property in Australia. Thank you 😃'

'Είναι η 2η φορά που πηγαίνουμε στο συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο. Άκρως ευγενικό και φιλικό προσωπικό, κυρίως ο κος Βλάσης. Μετά από παράκληση μας κράτησε το ένα απο τα δυο καλύτερα δωμάτια με εκπληκτική θέα. Πολύ καθαρό, άνετο και χουχουλιαρικο. Διπλό κρεβάτι, καναπές, κουζινακι, μπάνιο και τζάκι έτοιμο για αναμα. Το μόνο αρνητικό η μικρή ντουζιέρα και γενικώς παλιά ειδη υγιεινής. Πεντακάθαρα μεν, αλλά ίσως χρειάζεται μια μικρή ανακαίνιση. Το πρωινό τη πρώτη μέρα (Κυριακή) το πρωινό ηταν εξαιρετικό,...

'Nice appartment by the sea in an old house. The balcony is just on the beach so that you can relax listening to the sea clapotis any time (for example at breakfast :))... While the sea is not always accessible just in front of the appartment, you can just go 100 m away. Very convenient !!!'

'Excellent villa at the edge of a small village named Melissi (close to Xylokastro). The house looks much better in real than the pictures suggest! It’s clean, big and comes with a nice swimmingpool. We were welcomed by a very friendly and helpful caretaker named Dimitris. Due to his help he made our holiday perfect. Thanks!'
