'We had a wonderful, amazing trip and we were so happy with this hotel. The location is extremely convenient, within easy reach of all the famous city landmarks, including the Bell Tower, and Muslim quarter. The buffet breakfast was incredible, with really delicious food. Every member of staff was warm and friendly, and they surprised us with a couple of nice little gifts during our stay. Our room was very spacious, fitted with big windows. Lots of natural light flooded in, making the room...

'Good breakfast!'

'Very nice hotel'

'Great hotel at a very nice environment '

'The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. The room is clean.'

'The Novotel Xi'an The Bell Tower is located in a great area; within walking distance to the bell tower in Xian. There are plenty restaurants and shops within waking distance also. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and professional. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. We will surely consider staying here during our next visit to Xian.'

'Good location ,nice hotel and comfy bed.'

'The property was incredibly clean. The staff super friendly and helpful.'

'Hotelstaff is friendly, but not very used to foreigners. Room itself was old, worn-out: cracks in wall, peeling woodwork, torn curtains and cockroach in the bathroom.. Fooddelivery was carried instead of rolling cart. It is heavy and made staff overwelmed and very impatient while delivering the food. Not what we expected from a Sofitel..'

'Amazing hotel, nice neighbourhood '

'OMG, this was the best hotel of my entire trip! The location is excellent, and the staff were absolutely wonderful. But the shared spaces and rooms are on another level. It feels like staying in a traditional teahouse, with tea rooms to explore and a beautiful inner courtyard. I won’t give too much away, this hotel is a gem. I fell in love with the balcony that came with my room, the perfect spot to enjoy some tea. It was great value for money, too. If I return to Xi’an, I’ll definitely stay...
