« The ventilation and air conditionner does not work. We had to sleep at 27C in November. »

« Stay 9 nights!! The beautiful room with lounge access definitely felt home away home. The incredible staff Lucia and Hannah at the lounge are so attentive and Also the gentleman (forgot his name) cooked fresh waffle for us . All this created such a sweet memory for us. Thank you everyone!!! We will be back on our next trip to Dalian. »

« Hôtel à éviter. Chambre sale et pas conforme. Accueil plus que mauvais. A déconseiller. »

« This property is located on a dark alley without lighting at night. We saw piles of trash near the entrance. It did not feel secure. There is no front desk, and we were NOT contacted before arrival to inform us of the hours it closed. No one was there to check us in. We left and stayed at another hotel. They refused to give us even a partial refund on a 4 day stay. »

« Clear room. Friendly staff. »

« The woman boss is extremely helpful. My daughter had bought many items from Taobao and it arrived at the hotel days after our checkout. She was willing to help us finding a good price carrier and ship it to us in Canada. »
