« Staff was amazing both at check in and check out. Comfortable beds and pillows. Spacious rooms. Excellent hot breakfast. Plenty of parking. The property was in the midst of being refreshed, but it really didn’t influence our stay in anyway. « The room was not clean and had an unpleasant odor upon arrival. The hallway on the first day also smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and sewage, which made for an uncomfortable experience. The bathroom was dirty, there were no towels provided, and the Keurig machine was not working. On a positive note, the valet service was excellent—very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the stay. »
