The houseboat is idyllically located on the North Sea near Xanten in the middle of a green lake landscape. The North Sea and the South Sea are two interconnected lakes, and around the lakes you will find a wide variety of leisure activities for every taste. The houseboat is located together with other floating houses on its own jetty in front of the small town of Vynen. At the same time, the central location on the Lower Rhine offers very good accessibility with many interesting cultural and excursion destinations all around. The lake landscape in the immediate vicinity of the Rhine offers you pure relaxation and many leisure activities related to water sports: lido with sandy beach, water ski course, boat rental, sailing school, raft trips and much more.
