These rooms have laminate flooring. BATHROOM: Shower and toilet. TERRACE: Spacious, with patio furniture and a seasonal beach chair (April–October). LOCATION: Right in the center, yet very quiet as it’s set back one block. The parking lot entrance is on Badestraße. It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the center, about 300 m to the main beach, and about 700 m to the spa center and the water park. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in the communal basement. The front door of the house is approximately 90 cm wide.
