'Booked a room was supposed to cost me a certain amount winded up spending over because the guy didn't want to go to my reservation he just booked us a room by itself so I wanted up have to spend more than what I was told I would be spending but the place was nice very clean refrigerator didn't work in our room'

Despite paying extra charges, we were required to clean, arrange the towels in the closet, wash, throw out the garbage and clean the refrigerator. 'The room is absolutely crawling with roaches. They are crawling up the walls and on every surface. I don't think anything has ever been cleaned in this room before. The bedding is dirty and stained. The towels had the last guest's hair still on them. There was no toilet paper, the TV remotes dont work, the plugs on the wall dont work,There was food on the floor under the beds.
