This ground floor property features an accessible wet room, an open plan living and kitchen area that boasts exposed brickwork, oak trusses and large windows that flood the space in natural light, and a private garden that enjoys far-reaching rural views. With modern conveniences, underfloor heating and off-street parking, Blackberry Barn is the ideal base for couples or young families looking for a country retreat.

Blackberry Barn can be booked on its own or together with Bramble Barn, next door, and Bramley Lodge, just a stone's throw away.

The Finer Details...
The maximum occupancy for this property is 4 guests, though the number of adults per booking is capped at 2. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 1 additional infant (aged 2 or under)

Off street parking is available for up to 2 cars
1 travel cot and 1 highchair are available on request (please bring your own linen for the travel cot, as this is not provided)
