'A little older hotel but great price, clean large room, friendly staff and they offer a continental breakfast '

'When we chrcked in the lady at the counter was not very friendly and helpful. We had to pay a deposit, but my creditcard did not work. She told me 2 times that it did not work, but did not help me at all. And every time we passed her in the next days and greeted her, she didn't say anything back. Luckily the other people were friendly and helpful. The room and the bed were great. It was a pity that the windows could not be opened, I like to sleep with te windows open. '

'Very busy and load in this hotel. The conference on May 5 was very loud, with many screaming children. Breakfast was +-, not a toaster and no yoghurt. And Parking Fee 10 US$ is too high. Calculate in the price. This hotel qas the most expensive on our trip, but sure not the best 3/5'

'The hotel is under a big refurbishment plan, so some things were disrupted, but it was clean, had a working fridge, microwave and coffee machine, and the staff were friendly and helpful. No complaints, a good room for the price.'

'I’ve stayed at many cheap hotels and this was definitely the worst experience. We had accidentally booked a room on the smoking floor and had it moved to another floor but the elevator still smelt bad and the room smelled weird. The staff was not very friendly or helpful and the place had an overall gross vibe. I left early in the morning to catch a flight but couldn’t imagine wanting to eat their provided breakfast in such a place.'

'If you want a basic, clean room for a great price relative to other places to stay in Norwalk, Ct. this is the place. If you want luxury, this ain't the place. It's a throw back to the old motels in which all room doors open to the outside. It's only two stories, so you're always exposed to the parking lot, but I didn't hear much noise when I stayed, although I did check in at 10pm and left at 7:45am.'
