'This is the perfect property for a large group. We had 14 adults and 9 kids 7 and under and we fit comfortably. The glass back wall provided an amazing view out over the pool, lawns, playground and volleyball court so you always had a good idea where everyone was. The kids ran themselves ragged. The boat ramp and jetty were great for launching our tinnies and the indoor pool was great for the kids during the day and the adults to relax in after dinner. 'It is not often that a holiday rental surpasses the online photos, but this one does. The size, location and amenities are all top class. Our family of 15 spent 8 nights there and all ages thoroughly loved it. The kitchen is just wonderful, with heaps of room and bench space to enable multiple people to work in it at the same time. The view is ever changing and very relaxing. Plenty of room in the front yard for games of cricket and football. '

'A perfect stay for our family! Comfortable house and facilities. The yard and back deck was great for our dogs. Enough room for us to bring the boat and paddle boards. A very short walk to the beach but longer walkways to various lookouts. We saw whales from the submarine lookout, explored the rock pools, swam at the patrolled beach and went paddling in the more protected area. Great spot!'

'Villa Beachside is a lovely location in Toogoom right next to the tidal Beelbi Creek. One reason we chose this house was the bikes and kayaks that were available. And the kayaks definitely came in handy to explore the creek. There is an interesting assortment of novelty bikes, unfortunately none were suitable for practical use to explore the area to any distance. The listing on stayz mentioned a gym and hot tub. 'We loved the place and found it was perfect regardless of the weather as there is plenty of entertaining areas. There was lots of little extras and just like being at home. 2 fridges, lots of appliances, and basics in the house. We would definitely recommend'
