The bathrooms combine contemporary design with luxurious touches, such as heated towel rails, while the high-end furnishings throughout the apartment provide a true home-away-from-home feel. At Waterfront Haven, comfort and convenience are paramount. A fully ducted reverse-cycle air conditioning system ensures your accommodation is perfectly temperature-controlled year-round. Guests also have access to a resort-style pool is heated from the first Sunday in October to the first Sunday in April, elevating your experience. The apartment includes a secure underground garage, along with complimentary use of the EV charging station.

Payment Terms:

We accept Visa and Mastercard only. A 25% deposit is payable at the time of booking confirmation, with the remaining 75% due 13 days prior to check-in. Please ensure sufficient funds are available, as fees may apply for declined transactions. A $500 security deposit hold will be placed on the credit card on the day of check-in. Access codes will only be released once the security hold has been successfully processed. Funds held for the security deposit will be released within 5–7 days after check-out, provided no issues arise during your stay or are reported by our cleaners post check-out.



Any stays longer than 14 days will require additional cleaning, with an extra clean charged at each 14-day interval throughout the booking.



Main guest must be 21 years old or over. Guests will receive a link to our online check-in form once the booking is confirmed. This form must be completed by the main guest prior to arrival.



Please be advised that we strictly enforce a no-noise, no-party policy. Our home is located in a quiet neighbourhood with permanent residents nearby; therefore, we are unable to accommodate “hens/bucks” events or “schoolies” bookings. The property is best suited to families or friends seeking a peaceful getaway.



Linen and bath towels are provided for all guests, and beds will be made prior to your arrival for your convenience. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.



All bookings are subject to the guest’s full compliance with the NSW Government Short-Term Rental Accommodation Code of Conduct for the duration of their stay.
