'Nice. Quite. Close, mid week short getaway for me and my fiancé. Over all I really liked the place. If the grill was fully working it would be better and just want to watch out for the door handles on the fridge and freezer, they are broken and the ladder coming out of the water on the lake, that is not fully attached, and there was a broken chair by the fire pit. But again over all this is a nice quiet peaceful place'

'I visited the King’s Lakeside Cottage with my husband and 6 year old this weekend and had a wonderful time. The house is spacious and comfortable. We appreciated the views of the lake and the opportunity to play on the private beach. We also took a tour of Locke Lake on the kayaks provided and tried out the paddle boat too. 'The house was so incredibly cute! There were 4 of us and everyone had their own room (although we ended up not using two of them) and there was just enough space for us not to feel cramped. 'The house was very nice and comfortable for four of us. Even though it rained each day, there is plenty of nearby shopping. We always try to do short term rentals when we travel. A couple of suggestions - the house had no wash cloths, no can opener, no salt & pepper shakers. Towels racks in the bathrooms would be a huge help. The listing indicated a hot tub and 2+ bathrooms.
