This home is conveniently located in the middle of downtown Wisconsin Dells just 1 block from all of the Downtown excitement. It is also just 1 block from JustAGame Fieldhouse and one of the local grocery stores. This still allows you to come back and relax, enjoying a movie with family and friends, or cook a nice dinner.

Absolutely wonderful stay! House was easy to find & access. Everything was incredibly clean and convenient. The kitchen had everything we could need in it, the beds were cozy. Even bonus entertainment like a guitar and games. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Spacious, practical, great for large groups, great for big families. Close walking distance to entertainment for the old, disabled and children. Grocery store is .5 blocks from front door, police station across the street, church behind, library beside. Attention to detail on the house is great.

Great house! Perfect location! This was our first visit to The Dells and it did not disappoint beginning with our accommodations!! The house fit our needs and our family perfectly. It easily slept my husband and I, our 2 daughters, 2 son in laws, and 2 grandsons. The floor plan and room sizes allowed for us all to be together or have some quiet time. The house is located steps from a store and one block from the main strip. We enjoyed walking to eat, grabbing coffee, getting ice cream, and to attractions. The house was clean and all essentials were provided. Definitely 5 rating!!! Would highly recommend to a friend and will definitely book again!!

The property was roomy, clean, and in a great quiet location but still close to activities. We had a few issues BUT Nick and Mark were so responsive and came out to fix an issue. We stayed with dogs and it worked out well with parks near by.

After years of Dells vacations this hands down was absolutely the best rental!

Not only was the property walking distance to so many shops, restaurants and attractions, it was an absolutely beautiful and large home. No one felt like they were on top of eachother at any point. The kitchen all I can say is WOW!

Oasis in the action

We spent a wonderful 3 days at the Washington House, just a couple of blocks from the bustle of Broadway street in the heart of downtown Wisconsin Dells. A simple looking home on a quiet residential street, but a perfect venue for our stay. Four spacious bedrooms, large kitchen with a separate eating area spacious enough for our 5 adults and 2 teenagers. The deck had a gas grill that we used for a wonderful steak dinner (there’s a well stocked grocery store within walking distance) and big enough or one hotly contested games of bags(equipment provided). Only a bath and a half, but it still worked out well. We used their two outside parking spots, and they had room for a couple of spots in the large garage. It’s an older property but very clean and well maintained. I would definitely return. The host was available and promptly responded to any questions we had.

Great "home base" for Dells and state parks

We found this house to be a great "home base" for day activities to the Dells and various state parks. Would have loved an additional shower but we made it work. It's an old home that's been updated. Not a 5-star but it had what we needed to make it an enjoyable stay.

Perfect Home for a Family Visit to the Dells

My husband and I hosted our son and 2 young grandsons from California for a 2 night stay. The house is well equipped, with elegant touches, and yet kid friendly (not a lot of breakables). It's on a quiet street, but 1 or 2 blocks away you're downtown, with all the Dells atmosphere you'd expect. There is cookware and plenty of dishes & cutlery, but if you want to make a major meal, bring all the ingredients you'll need or be prepared to shop at the small but well stocked market a block away. Our 6 year old grandson asked if we could stay forever.
