The main floor master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen tv and a remodeled bathroom with a large walk-in steam shower with dual shower heads and heated floor. French doors open to a private balcony with a beautiful view of the forest overlooking Vasquez Creek.
The main floor guest bedroom has a queen bed and adjacent full bathroom.
The third bedroom is a large upper level loft with a twin bed and bunk beds (twin over full), flat screen tv with dvd player, and a full bathroom.
The family room has been updated with plenty of cozy seating, a gas fireplace, and a smart HD tv with cable. The original pine ceiling and mossrock fireplace have been preserved to keep the rustic, Colorado mountain appeal of the condo. French doors open onto the private balcony with a gas grill. The mud room is equipped with a washer and dryer and ski closet. The condo is stocked with lots of dvds and books for our guests to enjoy. Artwork by local artists is displayed throughout the condo.
Our guests’ health and safety is of utmost importance. Our condo is professionally cleaned and disinfected after every use.
Free covered parking is provided. Our condo is located on the same level as the parking, so you will not have to carry luggage and skis up and down flights of stairs. Since we are located on the top floor, you will not have anyone stomping above you.
Our condo is located within walking distance to the shops and restaurants in downtown Winter Park. From the condo, you can access unlimited forest trails for mountain biking, hiking, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing.
