-Be aware that occasional sounds from nearby construction, train activity, or neighborhood life may occur. We are here to assist and ensure an exceptional experience during your stay.
-The condo allows well behaved dogs and responsible pet owners (for an added pet fee).
-Although the home does not have air conditioning, the cool mountain nights will ensure a pleasant atmosphere for a restful sleep. There are fans available in each room. Recommended to open windows at night and shades down during the day.
-Upon booking, you will receive an invitation to the guest portal along with reservation confirmation. Access instructions will be texted to you the day of arrival.
-The home includes complimentary guest supplies & amenities for your reservation
-4x4 or all-wheel-drive vehicle is highly recommended in the Rocky Mountains, especially in the winter months and often required with traction laws during snow storms.
