The entrance to the townhome includes a generous coat room, perfect for storing boots, skis, and coats, with additional storage available in the area outside the front door. Within the shared hallway, there is a stacked washer and dryer, which is convenient for washing clothes after outdoor activities during your stay. Furthermore, guests have access to a private indoor hot tub. Please be advised that there is no air conditioning.
The primary bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed, a cable television equipped with a DVD player, an en-suite bathroom, and access to the indoor hot tub. The second bedroom is equipped with two twin beds and provides access to a full bathroom located in the hallway.
The upper level of the unit radiates warmth and charm, featuring a vaulted ceiling adorned with pine paneling. The open-concept layout includes a fully equipped kitchen illuminated by a skylight, complete with new countertops and appliances, as well as a cozy breakfast bar that seats two. The dining area is furnished with a table and chairs for six, offering access to the south-facing solar sunroom. The living room showcases a large moss-rock fireplace, a cable TV paired with a soundbar system, and a Blu-ray player. Guests are encouraged to make use of the stereo system with a CD player, which is connected to both the living area and the hot tub area. The sofa sleeper conveniently transforms into a full-size bed, allowing the townhome to accommodate up to eight guests. Additionally, a full bathroom is located on this level, along with a third bedroom featuring a queen-sized bed.
All guests should be informed that there is a security camera positioned at the entry door of the unit.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
