Best Value Luxury Townhome in Lakota across from Ski Resort, Private Hot Tub!

Our luxury townhome is located in the exclusive community of Lakota, in the Antlers sub-division, directly across from Winter Park Ski Resort. The views are priceless and are among the finest in Winter Park. This fabulous town home offers everything you need for a perfect mountain retreat.

The townhome is approximately 1800 square feet, three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, and sleeps eight people/two families comfortably. There is a large private hot tub situated outside on the lower deck which overlooks the Winter Park and Mary Jane Ski Mountains. The unit is located on a cul-de-sac so there will be minimal traffic and a longer driveway for extra guest parking.

All slate, radiant floor heating encompass the first floor. A heated, attached garage is available for your convenience. Our home is just two-tenths of a mile from the Winter Park 'Park and Ride' (2 free parking lots) where a free shuttle will take you to the ski base or town. Or, you can drive about 1 total mile to the base and park in one of several lots.

The LIFT public Green Bus line provides FREE bus service to the Winter Park base and town. The schedule can be found www.theliftwp.com and also via app.

The unit is divided into three levels. The entry level is comprised of the living area with a gas log, stone fireplace, and breathtaking views of the ski mountain. The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen and dining area are also located on the main level. No expense was spared; high vaulted ceilings, log pole accents, 60" HD Smart TV and granite slab counter tops are just a few of the luxuries. The extended deck off the kitchen is equipped with a natural gas grill and outdoor dining furniture.

The upper level is dedicated to a spacious master suite with a gorgeous king-sized bed, wall mounted 48" HD Smart TV, and walk-in closet. A private en suite bathroom is equipped with a jacuzzi master tub, tumbled marble countertops, his-and-hers sinks, and fully tiled master shower.

The lower level has two bedrooms. The lower suite offers a luxury queen-size bed and 42" HD Smart TV. The second large bedroom offers 2 sets of twin bunk beds, to accommodate four people, 55" HD Smart TV and a private deck complete with an eight-person hot tub! The lower level also has a full-size washer and dryer and a full bathroom with a large walk-in shower as well.

If you are looking for the ultimate Winter Park experience, it really does not get any better than this!

This home is so cozy, has unbelievable views and is in the best location! It was about four minutes to the ski lifts and about eight minutes to town! It was the perfect setup for our family of four! Property offered spectacular views of Winter Park ski slopes and easy access to ski resort shops, restaurants and town of Fraser. Main level is small and can be tight with multiple people moving about among oversized furnishings. Patio is good size with nice BBQ and very active Hummingbird feeder. Kitchen area well stocked with utensils, etc but drawers were full of 'junk' and unnecessary miscellaneous clutter. Cabinet surfaces and stove top and were covered with dust and grease. Laundry facilities downstairs with only 4 Tidepods available and no bleach or dryer sheets. Nice sized master bedroom and bath area with walk-in closet but ceiling literally coated with dust. Overall worth the price paid and owners very nice but might want to consider a different management/maintenance company? versizedfurnishings

Clean, Beautiful Home

We had a wonderful stay in Winter Park. The condo was spotlessly clean and beautiful and perfect for our needs. The hosts were amazing. They were excellent at communicating with us and helping us with anything we needed. The location is so convenient to the village and the town of Winter Park and Frasier. We loved hanging out on the balcony with the hummingbirds. We also saw a deer and fox while we were out there. It's a little bit noisy from US 40 but because of all of the other great things about the house and location, it didn't bother us. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to be back!

Fantastic property, good location

Our family had a wonderful stay here over spring break and enjoyed near-perfect skiing conditions at Winter Park Resort. The condo is everything you would want for a trip like this -- it's warm and very comfortable, with hot tub, wifi and well-stocked kitchen. The owners are very accessible if there's anything you need. If there's any downside, it's the logistics of getting to and from the mountain. The free Winter Park "Green Line" bus picks up about 200 yards away, which can be a long walk when you're exhausted from a day of skiing and lugging all your gear. Worse though, the bus runs about every 30 minutes, and the route each way takes about 10-20 minutes. Which means, if you barely miss a bus, the trip could take about an hour. But hey, at least it's free.

The property is excellent and we would stay there again. Everything worked (TV, coffee maker, hot tub, etc.); property was well equiped and quite convenient to the gondola (a very short drive to the drop off point). The Master Suite upstairs is private and well separated from guests in an inviting and well lit basement. Property manager was very responsive to questions.

Wonderful views and well stocked kitchen

The views were outstanding and we enjoyed being able to cook our meals in the well stocked kitchen. I did not have to use any of the pantry items I normally travel with, with the exception of a dish towel. The townhome was a perfect location for our day hikes and I would definitely stay here again. A special thanks to the hosts for their quick responses to my questions! Only negatives: A deep clean should be done under the couches/dressers/etc - my son's dog sniffed out a pill bottle and old baby treats, which we promptly threw away. There were also issues with the TVs initially, but persistent rebooting and power cycling corrected this problem.

This property is clean, well maintained, and well decorated. It is well equipped to stay in, if needed. We were surprised to see more amenities/supplies than we expected. It’s in a great location, close to the Winter Park Ski Area. The owners were very responsive. We recommend this property to anyone looking for an enjoyable time. As shown the townhome is very clean, well maintained and a very comfortable place for our group of 6 adults. The kitchen, outdoor grill and hot tub allowed us to enjoy family time after days skiing. For years we have driven past Lakota and I ve said , that’s where we need to stay as we drove into town or Fraser. Man, was I right… Being able to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks while looking out the wall of windows facing directly at the ski area. Super convenient, dog friendly and your own garage are just a few of the other things that really made our stay just perfect.
