'We were in town for a funeral and the staff could not have been more understanding and helpful. Coming back to the hotel truly felt like coming home after the difficult days thanks to your caring staff. '

'The shower curtain didn't contain the water very well creating wet spots on the floor. Staff was great at check in and check out. Gabriella was the person at both. Parking was clean, well lit, and felt safe. Air Conditioning was great and holding temps but created a humidity type feeling in the room.'

'The hotel, staff and breakfast were great! The parking garage is for smaller cars. The entrance says 8’ but once you get inside it is actually 6’8” with nowhere to turn around and get back out.'

'Our room was fantastic! Very large and spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable. For a night game at Kyle Field the hotel was extremely quiet as was the surrounding area. My one and only complaint was that none of the vending machines were working and neither was the hotel’s computer system so we were not able to purchase drinks for our room without leaving the property. This is temporary hopefully. We will stay here again!!'

'Rooms were freezing with no way to adjust temp. Pull out couch mattress was stained and gross. Bathrooms are not awesome. The price charged per nt for game weekends is way too much for this place. '
