Hôtel près de Centre commercial Global Harbor (Shanghai)

« Personnel parfait »

« Johnson and his team are really great and always ready to help when you have any problem »

« Staff was super helpful and upgraded our room at no extra cost when we arrived. Not around much but was great still for our stay »

« the worst international hotel I have done in China for the past 15 years. totally unpersonnal, no bar at 8PM. staff don't care or provide us help.only rooms are ok...but rest has no interest...and novotel nearby almost same!!!!! »

« Ok very good hotel but strange that english is not mastered at the desk. Second black point is why visa internal gold is not working »

« They never contacted me with the info to get in so I was unable to even get into the property. Also not around many things to do »
