'Need to turn on heating before people check in. Didn’t have hot water until we called front desk. They replied, well turn it on and it will take 15-20 minutes. We were in the Loft 81 room.'

'The breakfast was better than expected, with multiple options and a nice view. The room was very spacious, well furnished, and very comfortable. The location is perfect, just a 5 min drive from Mendocino town. The views from the hotel are also spectacular. '

'delicious breakfast. Biscuits and gravy with sausage. Other options include waffles,toast, fruit, boiled eggs ect staff is always great, kind, friendly and professional. Happy and Noni are always there to help and answer questions. Pool and hot tub are very clean with a BBQ area. Rooms have been very clean with no issues. House keeping does a great job . Thank you for another great stay. '
