'Excellent hotel , great position for exploring Windsor , beautiful upgraded rooms, good food. Only slight negatives , receptionist was a trainee and had no knowledge of history of hotel and we noticed people asking about it . '

On arrival to the hotel, I went to check in, and found I’d booked the wrong date, I was a week early. Expedia did nothing whatsoever to help me, apart from try to charge me the same price of the room again, to change my booking, even though I spend £1000s through them every year. 'We stayed over for one night. Concierge was great upon arrival, and staff were very welcoming. Reception area smelt lovely as we walked in and the surrounding are immaculate. The room was lovely, comfortable bed and plenty of room for the 2 of us. Had a drink in the bar but didn't actually eat in the hotel as we like to go out and about '

'Another wonderful stay! Rooms and bathrooms are stunning and ultra clean. I received a complementary upgrade to a king room both times as part of being on platinum level of Expedia, gorgeous and spacious. Staff are warm and very attentive and spa is beautiful! Plenty of dining options too. '
