'Great Home, I see us coming back in the near future again to this location, it was quiet and peaceful. A beautiful home, felt like I was at home. Our Kids didn't want to leave and continue to ask when we are coming back. Rooms were perfectly clean to great standards. This home does have a washer and dryer, so that helped out alot when coming back from waterparks, the river, and from being outside in the pool area. 'The place was secluded enough to enjoy the quiet , yet close enough to get to Comal Park. We went out for the day and came back to enjoy the hot tub both nights and it was perfect! The bed was also very comfortable and cozy! Overall, great stay. Would definitely come again!'

'Palmer’s Guest House was clean, cozy, and perfect for two people to stay in. The rustic interiors were lovely, the bed was comfortable, and the location was great. Kristin was very accommodating and threw in a complimentary bottle of wine and a voucher to the restaurant. We had the Sunday Brunch and it was a great meal in a beautiful restaurant. We’ll be staying here again next time we’re in San Marcos.'
