'The room was clean and comfortable even if the furniture was dated. The staff was friendly and we enjoyed the complimentary coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby area. The inn is located in a quiet area on the Wilson lake. It would be lovely in the summer to take advantage of the lake. In the winter it is still beautiful to walk out on the lake. 'this house is amazing. The driveway is like a mile long. The seclusion is priceless. There are walking trails everywhere. The house is super cozy and warm with everything you need for a great stay. And it was exceptionally clean. The washer and dryer came in handy as well. Listen, if you don't want to be bothered by anyone but a deer, I highly recommend this property. And they allow pets. My dog was off leash the whole time. '
